AVP Relationship Manager- Bilingual Hebrew

(located in Manhattan)

Manage a commercial lending portfolio as part of a team. Analyze and structure credit transactions from the business, banking, accounting and legal aspects. Evaluate solvency, risk management, exposure limits and
required level of collateral/guarantees. Maintain daily customer relationship and support the marketing efforts to expand the Israeli Business Group portfolio.
 Perform cash flow and financial statement analysis to determine the creditworthiness and risks associated with potential and existing (commercial) borrowers
 Recommend, evaluate, communicate and negotiate with the borrower all aspects related to the credit facility structuring; including repayment schedule, pricing, collateral, covenants etc.; for potential new deals as well as for existing ones. 
 Guide operational teams on banking and maintaining credit facilities. 
 Interact with Head Office in Israel for mutual client management. 
 Meet with prospective/existing clients in order to discuss potential/existing credit facilities and banking
relationship. As needed
 Present new loan proposals and reviews/renewals/amendments of existing credit facilities for committee approval.
 Participate in selected events to increase name recognition and market presence. Monthly
 Ensure clients maintain required reporting, financial ratios and covenants. Monthly/Quarterly
 Oversee loan documentation requirements by verifying that it is prepared in accordance with the Bank’s approval/recommendation. As needed
 Develop new business to expand the portfolio and cross-sale products/services to existing customers. 
 Perform other duties, as assigned, which fall within scope of responsibility, as needed.

 Understanding of commercial lending, loan workout, loan documentation, legal & regulatory issues affecting all
lending activities and credit risk grading concepts. Credit and financial analysis skills.
 Understanding of company mission statement, target markets, loan policies and credit standards.
 Credit and cash flow analysis skills with structured transactions, due diligence with attention to detail.
 Strong analytical and problem resolution skills.
 Strong marketing skills.

Experience Needed: Minimum of 2-3 years relevant work experience.
Education Required Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or Technology; Master’s degree a plus
Languages (other than English): Fluent in Hebrew and English, both verbal and written.
