AVP/VP Training

(located in Manhattan)

Responsible for 1) arranging and conducting trainings within the Bank regarding BSA/AML, OFAC, anti-terrorism finance, and compliance; and 2) ensuring all the employees are provided training in a timely manner.

Job duties include but are not limited to:
Training Preparation, Implementation and Management
o Based on regulatory requirements, create training plans for the whole bank regarding the content below:
  Anti-terrorism finance
  Compliance, which includes but not limited to: Dodd-Frank, FDIC
policy, Federal policy, internal work rules

o On a department level, create specific training plans aligned with LOB’ s business requirements
o Communicate with each department to make sure trainings are implemented on track with the timeline, and achieve high attendance rate with relevant stakeholders covered
o Provide follow-up quiz/test for trainees; Collect feedback from trainees via questionnaires/surveys; Based on collected information, evaluate the validity and reliability of training
Training Report
o Write training reports, identify potential issues and come up with
o Closely communicate with each department to see how to enhance
current training procedures
o Escalate issues if any risk exposure identified from the training
7-9 years banking industry and BSA/AML & OFAC internal control; Solid
knowledge about compliance and regulation; Experience related to training is preferred. CAMs preferred.

General Knowledge:
Knowledge of U.S. Banking regulations and compliance practice, compliance risk management, and Risk Governance Framework.

Knowledge of U.S. Banking regulations and compliance practice with strong emphasis on all aspects of BSA, AML and OFAC. Comprehensive knowledge of BSA/AML and OFAC related regulations and ability to implement the banks
policies and procedures.
