Property & Casualty Insurance: Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative
Provides exceptional customer service by responding to clients in a timely manner, identifying risks and communicating with the client about the various products available to mitigate these risks.

DUTIES • Retain 95% of existing clients • Assist in agency growth of 50% through combination of cross selling existing clients and new business opportunities • Be responsive to clients by responding to emails and phone calls the same day • Execute the renewal process by sending renewal solicitations, procuring renewal quotes, putting together proposals/ schedules of insurance and identifying cross selling opportunities • Assist producers with new business by fact finding, completing acord & supplemental applications, procuring quotes from underwriters, and putting together proposals • Review quotes for accuracy, coverage terms and conditions • Be knowledgeable about the various products and able to educate clients • Able to build a rapport with clients through exceptional and efficient communication
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE • 7+ years property and casualty insurance experience • Licensed College education preferable • Small business online quoting with Travelers, AmTrust, CNA is preferred
