SUMMARY: The Office Administration Manager is responsible for providing office management/corporate services to the bank Representative Office in Toronto, Canada as well as support the staff with the daily operations of the business.

DUTIES:   Establish and maintain vendor relationships   Maintaining supplies of stationery and office equipment   Schedule deliveries and shipping, receives and processes incoming mail   Answers telephones ad greet guests   Maintain relationship and address all upcoming office management issues Arrange travel and appointments for staff   Prepare and/or assist with the preparation of group or customer presentations   Prepares reports as directed by Head Office   All other duties as assigned

SKILLS REQUIRED:   Good oral and written communication skills   Detail oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy   Highly organized and flexible   Ability to multitask and meet changing deadlines   Working knowledge of email, scheduling, spreadsheets and presentation software   Must be self directed and able to complete projects with limited supervision   German language skills a plus   5 years experience
