Primary Duties include:

? Assisting Client Executives with initial client renewal review including Summary of Insurance preparation; quoting/processing endorsements, certificates, auto ID cards

? Assisting Clients directly with Billing matters, non-pay cancellation follow-ups and initial claim reporting (including initial "what to do" consultation - role does not include claim management)

? Job share with 1 other long-term office Account Coordinator for primary phone reception; mail management; accounts receivable/payables on agency bill items; agency management downloads; licensing management, other office administrative and support duties.



Qualifications:

? College preferred

? 5 years or more in P/C insurance (personal or commercial background)

? Polished written and spoken communicator

? Unflappable, calming, supportive demeanor (on front end with client calls who sometimes need to hear we will help them)

? Good problem solving skills

? Adept with MS Word, Excel and Agency Management System software

? Strong IT/Agency Management Systems a plus

? Candidate who seeks small, work hard/play hard, fun, team-supportive, boutique office environment
