Commercial Lender  (C&I) - Southern New Jersey  
Long established, aggressive bank   with more than $4 billion assets and statewide presence is seeking a highly motivated, experienced Middle Market Commercial Lending Officer to develop relationships, lending and provide all banking services, both lending and non-lending to middle market customers in a variety of industries and services. The position is located in suburban Camden County, New Jersey  The bank is known for its stability and low turnover, and provides a highly competitive compensation and benefits package, bonus and potential sign-on bonus.   The following is a brief description of the position and  requirements:

Description:  The Commercial Lender   develops new business relationships and analyzes and underwrites   commercial loans. This role approves loans within established guidelines and lending authority. Maintains portfolio of existing customer relationships. May provide guidance to less experienced commercial lenders.
Job Requirements:
·  A Bachelor' s degree in Business Administration or Finance required. MBA preferred;
·  Local business experience in Southern, NJ region;
·  Strong Commercial and Industrial (C&I) expertise is required;
·  Must have the ability to develop and retain C&I loan business;
·  Must be able to produce assigned loan volume as set annually by your supervisor;
·  Must ensure and maintain asset quality of loan portfolio;
·  Excellent decision making and problem solving abilities;
·  Thorough knowledge of lending regulations required;
·  Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to deal effectively with customers, attorneys, realtors and other financial institutions as well as all levels of Bank personnel;
·  Excellent organizational, follow-up and time management skills;

Jim Hinckley joins Adams Consulting Group with 32 years in the search and recruitment business, most recently as President and CEO of Hinckley Associates, which he established in 1994, later acquiring Allen Staffing Services. He entered the business in 1981 with The Fisher Organization as Director of the Banking and Finance Group. Prior to entering the recruitment field, he served in senior management positions with Manufacturers Hanover Trust and Fidelity Union Bancorporation. Jim brings years of search and recruitment experience, primarily in banking and financial services with a long and successful career in middle to senior management recruiting for a wide variety of financial institutions spanning from local community banks to the top global financial firms. Additionally, his specialty includes financial, administration and marketing positions in non-financial firms. He is a graduate of Rutgers University with a major in accounting, and minors in finance and economics, and attended graduate school at Fairleigh Dickinson University with a major in marketing. Jim is also active in professional, charitable and civic organizations, and has served in government offices both elective and appointive, and serves as an officer and board member in several organizations.
