RFP Management – Large Group
  • Prepare and manage RFP process
  • Analyze RFP results, negotiate with carriers and make decisions
  • Assist in design of benefits to meet client coverage goals and budget
  • Prepare renewal presentations
  • Oversee implementations of new business
  • Deliver analysis of monthly claims data for experience rated accounts

Renewal & Relationship Management
  • Coordinate Client Renewal Meetings
  • Ensure client retention
  • Identify client needs and introduce services as appropriate
  • Develop and maintain ongoing relationships with clients, carriers and teammates

Contract Review & Technical Expertise
  • Responsible for checking all policies and summaries for accuracy
  • Identify and address coverage gaps with recommended solutions
  • Interpret a variety of insurance laws, regulations procedures and convey information to client verbally and documented with written communication
