Loan Administrator ACBS


1. Review all aspects of new deals from an administrative standpoint. Read and understand credit approval terms and conditions. Interact with account officers to discuss deal structures and special nuances to ensure that the
correct products are booked.
2. Prepare or check documents associated with new facilities, advances, loan renewals and funding of transactions based on proper account officer approvals.
3. Prepare or check documents associated with payments on loans, resolves discrepancies, and makes required adjustment on loans and letter of credit transactions.
4. Process rate changes including margin changes and ensure that all required funding takes place on a timely basis.
5. Ensure that the Money Transfer Position Desk is pre-advised of all expected monetary activity.
6. Act as liaison with agent bank regarding all administrative matters on syndicated deals (e.g. rate settings, advances, payments, next rollover dates).
7. Interact with the Loan Operations Group to pre-advise terms, conditions and timing of pending deals.
8. Use Bloomberg to obtain information concerning borrowers including downgrades, upgrades and public information contained in 10K’ s and 10Q’ s.
9. Prepare periodic managerial and statistical reports.
10. Research problems and questions through the CL System as appropriate.
11. Perform other duties, as assigned, which fall within scope of responsibility.


Knowledge of commercial loan products
Knowledge of state and federal banking regulations
Technical Skills:
  Thorough understanding of the ACBS System
  Knowledge of mainframe applications and OTG archival system
  Proficiency with the appropriate computer applications (i.e. Word and Excel)
  Excellent mathematical and communication skills
  High level of attention to detail
  Strong organizational skills
  Quality oriented with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks

Experience Needed: Three-Five years related work experience and a thorough understanding of commercial lending which includes direct middle market lending and syndications.
Education Required: College degree.
