Loan Administrator



•         Contact customers for loan drawdowns and repayments. Handle customer inquires

•         Responsible for all aspects of daily loan processing such as loan drawings, rollovers, maturities, loan breakages, invoicing, collection, confirmations and monthly statements.

•         Monitor the collection and payment of loan and facility fees.

•         Prepare payment instructions in the system and ensure that all disbursements are processed in line with the terms and conditions in the documents as well as the bank policy/guidelines and timely authorized for release by supervisors.

•         Monitor insurance expiry dates and contact insurance company for renewed certificate.

•         Monitor compliance certificate due dates and deliveries for certain lending facilities.

•         Ability to understand loan documentation and apply terms to system applications.

•         Maintain document checklist and safekeeping of loan documents.

•         Coordinate with other areas in the bank to facilitate loan transactions.

•         Prepare and distribute various internal reports.

•         Process limit papers from credit committee, and related tasks including distributing the credit papers, completing the minutes of meeting, monitoring the approval of limits, and filing.




•         Proven knowledge of loan administration functions.

•         Good verbal and written communication skills.

•         Efficient and accurate skills in MS Word/Excel

•         Working knowledge of Swift message types and guidelines

•         Midas banking software helpful
