Marketing Administrative Associate bilingual Mandarin

 

 

(located in Manhattan with an expanding bank)

Responsibilities:

A. Execute corporate culture building initiatives:
a. Assist organizing branch internal team building activities, including budget
monitoring, events planning and execution and related communications
composition.
b. Help with branch wide celebration events organization including but not limited
to year end event, summer event and anniversary events.
c. Execute other corporate culture building related initiatives including but not
limited to visual identification system building, community services, building
channels for new ideas and suggestions sharing so employees’ voice can be heard
by management team.
d. Write up publicity articles intended to promote corporate culture, which include
but not limited to preparing for executive’ s speeches, publishing articles within
the branch and head office newspaper or we chat platform.

B. Manage day to day Head Office coordination:
e. Assist with Head Office visitors receptions including proposing and executing
reception plans, escort Head Office visitors during their visits when necessary and
write up related publicity articles about their visits.
f. Manage mail box so daily requests from Head Office can be taken care
of on a timely manner, which may include coordination with cross functions to
fulfill Head Office needs. Keep record of all emails.
g. Day to day manage the head office and   official documents as well as
  stamp safekeeping and stamp affix.
h. Write up working reports in Chinese or English as needed.
C. Provide assistance to executives:
a. Organize executive committee meetings, write up meeting minutes, and track status of action items.
b. Assist with efforts of improving meeting efficiency.
c. Provide assistant to executives as necessary which includes updating executive’ s
agenda in Head Office’ system, submit business travel requests to Head Office
and etc.

D. Assist with Public Relationship management and marketing events
d. On-going monitor public sentiments including negative news 
e. Assist with PR related events execution
f. Partner with business departments to help with branch level marketing events
organization
g. Execute sponsorship related projects
E. Perform other administrative duties as assigned
II Qualifications Required:
A. Bachelor degree is required.
B. Bi-lingual in English and Mandarin.
C. Strong writing skills in both English and Mandarin (Sample articles composed by
candidates may be required).
D. At least two year full time working experience in a related role.
E. Experience in media, Public Relationship, marketing or advertisement industry can be a plus.
F. Experience in corporate culturing building, internal and external publicity management and event organization is preferred.
G. Interpersonal skills and ability to interact and work with staff at all levels.
H. Must have the ability to multitask in a constantly changing fast-paced environment.
I. Goal oriented, motivated self-starter with good problem-solving skills.
J. Proven experience in working in a team environment and seen as a strong team player.
K. Willingness to take initiative.
L. The ideal candidate will be energetic, confident, reliable, and outgoing.
M. Must be comfortable with working in a multicultural environment and willing to learn.
