The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

 

Greet and Guide All Visitors

Open and Distribute Mail

Arrange for Over Night and Certified Outgoing Mail

Receive and Mail Packages

Operate Postage Machine for Outgoing Mail

Typing of Executive Correspondence and Memos

Record and Track Employee PTO and Hours worked for non-salaried Employees

Coordinate Meetings in Conference to avoid overlap

Arrange for storage of paperwork pick up and retrieve as necessary

Monitor and Order Office and Housekeeping Supplies

Arrange with building management for repairs or other matters needing attention

Plan and Order Food, Supplies and (Decorations if needed) for Office Parties (approximately 1.5 per month)

Retrieve Holiday Decorations from Storage and Organize Decorating

Order Lunch for Executives (pick up if necessary)

Keep Kitchen including Refrigerator Tidy

 

This person would need a flexible, agreeable disposition.  They will be taking over the position of an associate who was with the firm 20+ years.
