Compliance Technology Officer/ Actimize Developer

Ideal candidate should have strong AML/BSA knowledge from technical and business side.  Should have strong understanding of Correspondent banking. MUST know Actimize.


  1. Experience in developing and maintaining ETL processes using stored procedures
  2. Required to have project implementation experience implementing SAM-C, WLF and AML compliance projects
  3. Knowledge and hands on experience with Actimize architecture
  4. Customization and configuration of RCM implementation; Including but not limited to RCM Designer, RCM Plugins, Alert workflow, Policy manager rules, dashboards, DART views, application user roles
  5. The ability to independently and proactively research and resolve issues with Actimize modules and/or processes, system performance problems as well as recommend and implement streamlining processes
  6. Experience and knowledge of AML Scenarios and Alert Generation process, validation of AML scenarios, preparation of data to validate scenarios
  7. Experience in projects dealing with Data, Data warehouse, Data reconciliation is a plus

  1. Graduate in information technology, statistics or finance discipline.
  2. 3+  years of Business Operations experience, preferably in a financial services firm
  3. 2 to 3 years Data Analyst background, working knowledge of Databases like Oracle/SqlServer/DB2
  4. Experience using reporting tools such as Business Objects, CMT, SAS, BRIO, R, Hyperion, Python
  5. Ability to analyze and understand database design and write/modify SQL Queries
  6. Project Management experience
  7. Good understanding of local regulatory rules and regulations
  8. Knowledge and understanding AML law and various banking legislations
  9. Good command over spoken and written English
  10. Good presentation skills
  11. Efficient and logical approach to problem solving.
  12. Experience working with relational databases using Microsoft Access
  13. Experience developing and maintaining SharePoint sites. Experience in using advanced workflows tools such as SharePoint Designer
  14. Experience working with large data sets: extracting data from multiple sources, joining data (using joins, union, sub-queries), manipulating data with the use of queries
  15. Experience developing reports and analytics using data from Excel, SQL, and other reporting analytical tools
  16. Strong logical thinker and problem solver with a track record in developing solutions for complex data related issues
  17. Experience writing and editing SQL queries using SQL tools such as Microsoft SQL Server or TOAD
  18. Experience in creating macros using VBA to automate manual activities in Microsoft Excel or Access
  19. Experience supporting ETL data migrations and working with BI tools such as Business Objects, Cognos, Tableau
  20. Experience working in a Compliance role supporting a AML transaction monitoring team

Familiarity with US anti-money laundering regulations and correspondent banking cross-border relationships
