Executive Assistant bilingual Mandarin

(Exciting opportunity located in Manhattan for a start up  cryptocurrency company)
Seeking  an outstanding bilingual Chinese Mandarin Executive Assistant. Must be fluent, written and verbal, in Mandarin and English.  The Executive Assistant will be responsible for supporting the Chairman with anything needed in an administrative support capacity. The Chairman is looking for a true right-hand, someone they can depend on for problem solving. The ideal Executive Assistant will have supported a C-level executive in a fast-growing organization.

 

Responsibilities Of The Executive Assistant

  • Serve as a true right-hand and business partner to the Chairman, assisting with whatever is needed in an administrative capacity

  • Daily written and verbal translation activities

  • Coordinate high level meetings and plan for events

  • Manage Chairman' s calendar (A day in the life of the Chairman is extremely busy; The Chairman needs an organized and proactive Executive Assistant to manage their business calendar)

 

Qualifications For The Executive Assistant

  • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level or relevant Executives

  • Must have excellent writing skills. You will be responsible for corresponding to external clients and board members on behalf of the Chairman

  • Must have experience working in a Finance, Internet, technology, software or marketing company

  • Must have excellent communication skills; both written and verbal in Mandarin and English
    Must write and read and speak Mandarin and English

  • Proficiency using Google Applications; in addition to PowerPoint, as there will be special projects + presentations the Executive Assistant will add a creative spin to
