Windows 7 and 10 installation and PC troubleshooting

    Windows Server 2012, 2014 – Patching hardening and installation

    Able to Manage Backup tape environment – Backup Exec 2014, 2016

    Monitor and ensure system backup and User PC Backups are taken on a timely manner

    Act as level 1 support for NY branch staffs – Onsite troubleshooting

    Coordination with offshore Help desk team

    Running and Monitoring End of Day tasks - Actimize Daily/Monthly, Fircosoft OFAC List upload etc

    Management of IT peripherals ( PCs, Printers and Scanners) – Security patch deployment, configurations etc.

    Supporting Electronic Document Scanning Software

    Basic Database installation and support skills – SQL 2012, 2014 and Oracle 11

    Maintain inventory of branch PC and peripherals

    The position requires a minimum of 5 years’ experience including at least 3 years in banking environment.

    Strong inter-personnel, communication, analytical and organizational skills required

  • Administer all system and related MIS runs in an efficient and timely manner such that it conforms to the requirements of Central Bank and Bank’ s Policies and procedures.

  • Coordinate and execute Disaster Recovery Process, testing and compliance in the event of real disaster.

  • Ensure branch network, firewall, intrusion detection standards and compliance.

  • Network Interface between different financial networks / Central Bank are up and running.

  • Monitor and ensure system backup and User PC Backups are taken on a timely manner

  • Coordinate with users, vendors for testing and implementation of new systems and provide necessary support.

  • Review Regulatory examiners/ HO & IA audit exceptions, responding where appropriate and taking corrective action to mitigate exceptions.

  • Ensure system versions are maintained and updated regularly.
