Current deals are 60% real estate and 40% everything else. Ideal candidate will have experience  with all types of deals as well as experience with titles. Experience with FIS is a plus.

We are currently seeking a Sr. Loan Administrator. The Sr. Loan Administrator will be responsible for performing the responsibilities as they relate to loan closings, funding, and documentation support.

This will include new origination deals, extensions, modifications and renewals as they pertain to loan syndications, participation and agency transactions as well as bilateral.

Also perform maintenance to existing loans, ongoing financial activities and daily administration for the portfolio. This will include loan syndications, participation and agency transactions.  This will include all type of facilities Revolving Credit, Term Loans, Project Finance, Real Estate and Private Equity.

Assists the Unit Manager as liaison between Lending Unit, Loan Servicing, Credit Supervision, Legal, Compliance, and 3rd party servicers.  Reviews internal procedures, identifies opportunities for process improvements and ensures compliance with all laws and regulations and adherence of Bank Policy and Procedures.

Transactions will include loan advances, payments, rollover and general customer service inquiries. Assist the manager as liaison between Lending Unit, Loan Servicing, Legal, Compliance, and 3rd party servicers.  Reviews internal procedures, process improvements and ensures compliance with all laws and regulations

Your duties (not limited to) will include:
  • Perform due diligence including review of business entity documents; such as Corporations, Partnerships, LLCs, Sole Proprietary
  • Act as liaison between Escrow, Title, Attorneys, Agents and all interested parties to coordinate documentation, funding and closing of Commercial Loans including but not limited to;  C & I, Capital Markets, and Private Equity Loans or CRE.
  • Review all Closing Documents prepared by Counsel with receipt of consistency letter in accordance to the credit approval and compliance with conditions precedent to closing. Ensure appropriate credit approvals and completeness in accordance with established Bank Policy and Procedures.
  • Initiate disbursement, prepare wire instructions and book loans and commitments into the FIS loan accounting system with and ensure there are no material exceptions prior to funding.
  • Preparation of loan documents on LaserPro in accordance with Bank Policy and according to the terms of the approved credit
  • Perform reviews on loans closed and booked by others to ensure data quality
  • Perfect all Collateral including but not limited to; Real Estate, Equipment, Blanket Liens, Cash, Securities, etc.
  • Follow up on post-closing exceptions and receipt of original documents
  • Prepare loan file for completion before Scanning
  • Perform ongoing maintenance and financial activity on the loan portfolio with ability to determine appropriate approval and availability of funds

  • Bachelor Degree in Finance or Accounting preferred or equivalent experience
  • 8-10 years of experience as a Loan Administrator or Loan Closer
  • Commercial Real Estate, C&I, Structured Finance loan servicing experience
  • FIS loan accounting experience preferred
  • LaserPro experience preferred
  • Knowledgeable with Real EstateTitle Work preferred
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service
  • Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be a self-starter and possess positive attitude with good organizational skills
