Marketing/ Public Relations Manager
Our client is seeking a Manager for their Marketing and Public Relations. This is a great opportunity to join an international company but work in a start up environment. The ideal candidate will have Fintech experience or Financial Services. Polish speaking is a plus.
  • come up with creative ideas and recommend solutions for strengthening the brand
  • devise a marketing strategy
  • introduce new products to the market
  • prepare promotional campaigns targeted at different customer segments
  • take part in the day-to-day operations of the marketing department
  • measure and report on the effects of activities
  • monitor the activities of competitors and market trends
  • co-create and implement communication strategy
  • plan and coordinate PR activities
  • prepare informative materials about the company
  • edit marketing content
  • establish and build long-term relationships with journalists
  • monitor the media and prepare news
  • take part in the preparation and handling of events
  • cooperate with the Management Board and other departments of the company

We expect:
  • minimum of 5 years experience in implementing marketing projects / carrying out PR activities;
  • creativity and unconventional way of thinking;
  • knowledge of tools used in various marketing areas;
  • knowledge of modern communication tools;
  • the ability to formulate thoughts and draft texts freely;
  • successful experience in cooperation with the media, bloggers, trendsetters and journalists;
  • good spoken and written Polish;
  • knowledge of new trends and concepts in the marketing world;
  • independence and responsibility for the tasks entrusted;
  • the ability to work under time pressure;
  • developed communication and negotiation skills.

Your chances will increase if you:
  • are fluent in Polish, both verbal and written (at least C1 level) and have experience in business communication in Polish;
  • have experience in the financial sector / fintech;
  • have experience in working on international projects.
