Third Party Risk Analyst TEMP (bilingual Chinese)

Job Description:
  Evaluate third parties criticality attributes to determine risk tier.
Perform due diligence process, including customize due diligence questionnaire, follow
up/validate DDQ responses with third parties and perform DDQ assessment on assigned
third parties.
Prepare for assessments by reviewing documentation of processes performed by the
third party.
  Document assessment template, follow up on outstanding deliverables, and score the
assessment with an overall rating.
  Compose assessment report containing findings and recommendations and present to
business and the third party.
  Ensure that potential issues are raised promptly to senior management with a view to
identify options to mitigate risk.
  Develop and maintain effective relationships with key Business partners.
Identify enhancements and process efficiencies to keep assessment program in line with
regulatory requirements.
  Ensure the assigned third parties follow current third party management policies and
procedures, proper controls and documentations in place.
  Perform other duties as assigned.

  Ideal candidate should have a good understand Third Party Risk Management.
  Result-oriented, and ability to deliver results in a tight deadline.  
Ability to maintain high standards, highest degree of integrity and professionalism.
  Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently high degree of multi-tasking and time
management capability.
  Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment with minimal supervision.
  Self-starter with drive, enthusiasm, excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
  Proven proficiency in standard software packages (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel,
  Exceptional communication skills.

Fluent in English and Chinese is preferred
